Semi-serious reflections on the
breaking down of the machines |
||||
It’s Monday morning, your wish to return to work is zero, you arrive late, the boss is nervous because the documents that he asked you for are not ready, you switch on the computer, already super-nervous start to work and after a few minutes that highly technological machine completely blocks, and you haven’t saved... It seems that the computer does this on purpose; always when you are in a rush it goes into tilt. Even more nervous, you switch it off and back on, but nothing, the stubborn computer continues to be out of order. Fault of a virus? Fault of the extension? Or of the new programme which has been installed? The fact is that you have already wasted an hour and are at risk of becoming wild with anger. A situation like this, for those who work with computers, is «a classic» and if we check it seems to happen when we are in a rush. Is it possible that our own energy heightened by stress is what «hurts» them? It is known that our body and brain function with electrical impulses which creates around us an electro-magnetic field, more or less intense depending upon our state of mind, and that computers also have an electro-magnetic field, so it is possible that our electromagnetic field intermingles with theirs. That which causes the machine to malfunction could, in fact, be ourselves. We should try sitting calmly in front of the computer with clear ideas of what we wish to do: once given up hysteria and rushing, our work will certainly improve. If the computer really does not want to know, there are only two solutions: call the technician or take an anti-stress holiday. Enzo Di Lauro |
