An enjoyable rainbow diet to purify and strengthen |
||||
Every food has a particular energetic vibration according to its tonality - The week starts with red foods and finishes with violet All too often we forget the atomic essence, the fact that things, animals and we are made up of vibrations amidst particles which emit different light... We therefore neglect the benefits which can derive from using the right colour, the right light, to balance our energies. Explained below is the «colour diet» brought by chromotherapy to help us not only to choose the colour of our swimming costume, but as a regenerating alimentary diet and purifyer. The diet uses the energetic vibrations in each food, based upon the tonality of the rainbow spectrum. The «colour diet» lasts for one week, a different colour for every day. The first day starts with red, the symbol of vital force. It is shown that red light accelerates the heart beat as well as having a stimulating effect upon the nervous system. So, caution to the wind with strawberries, peppers, chicory, plums, grapes, cabbage (red obviously!), beetroot and radishes, and to finish a black current pie will do very nicely... Next comes the colour orange: carrots, tuna, lentils, pumpkin, egg yolk, oranges, apricots, mandarins, emit vibrations which bring about precious toning for the immune system by giving new energy. Some types of caviar apart from being chic are orange... The third day is yellow like the symbolic colour of the light in the rising sun. Wheat, cereals, potatoes, bananas, lemon, grapefruits to help digestion and concentration. For afters you can eat mature cheeses, like parmesan. On to colour green, the «fruit» of the yellow of dawn and the blue of the night. One can reap the beneficial calming and anti-stress effects of its vibrations: with the help of courgettes, asparagus, broccoli, peas, artichokes and onions. An advocado and mint mousse is not only delicious, it is better than any tranquilliser... The colour blue has a high vibrational frequency. On the fifth day we can eat as much fish as we want, together with blackberries and grapes which owing to their colour will be a real cure-all to purify the organism. We are now ready on the sixth day for the colour indigo, the potent balancer. It is a tonic without compare for both the brain and the nervous system. Mulberries, broccoli as well as sesame emit this colour. Finally on the last day, a feast of aubergines. Their violet vibration is the strongest in the rainbow. It optimises the circadian cycles, which regulate the sleep-wake mechanism and is also an excellent remedy against rheumatism. In the morning for breakfast: try some oatmeal, they emit a violet colour! Roberta Passerini |
