Dakshu, Nye, Gyedin, Shap... might mean nothing to most people - but the names of these villages, situated around Gangchen in Tibet, have become imprinted into the homes and hearts of some 160 people who have generously offered their help to children living in Tibet, through the Association «Help in Action». The children in these villages will now have the financial means to go to school instead of working in the fields, as well as access to the newly constructed healthcare facilities. The people in this once forgotten part of Tibet, can now rest assured that they are remembered by someone. |
