Soon to be inaugurated in Nepal

A new era of radio will soon be available to those living in the Kathmandu Valley, Nepal, when the Peace Radio begins transmitting «positive news» over the airwaves. The team are presently hard at work preparing the studio in order to meet the dead-line date for the inauguration ceremony; planned to coincide with the lunar new year this February.

The Radio which has already received permission to «air» UN news everyday, will also give time to programmes dedicated to humanitarian, environmental and health issues. Rich in spiritual traditions, healing methods and ancient cultures Nepal is certain to be an inexhaustable source of positive information to propagate to the estimated 20 million receivers.

With the intention of covering running costs the radio is also seeking individuals and companies who would be willing to pay for publicity «air time» - but a definite no will be the answer to those products which are environmentally unfriendly or damage health!
