Last November in Ragusa, Italy, 35 speakers from all over the world, took part in the 10th International Peace Education Congress, organised by Bruno Ficilli, which brought about an interesting debate on cooperation between nations. Guests included the President of the exiled Parliament of Kurdistan, Yasar Kaya, and L.G.W.P.F. representative, Geshe Thupten Tenzin. The meetings closed in Comiso, the former military base, with a call for peace launched by the representatives of Tanzania and Burundi. |
